"Felted" wool is characterized by its felted (also known as boiled) finish. It is compact yet supple, with a smooth, luxurious appearance. "Thumbled" wool is a soft, fluffy fabric that feels wonderfully soft, similar to "Teddy Plush."

You don’t need to wash a Woolskins product before using it for the first time. Thanks to naturally occurring lanolin, wool has self-cleaning and antibacterial properties that you’ll want to preserve for as long as possible. Usually, simply airing it outside is enough. What’s more, all our products are hygienically processed and carefully inspected during production, so you can use them right away with complete peace of mind.

For some items in our collection, the soft outer surface is made from a 100% wool pile (100% WOL • WOOL PILE). This natural wool provides the warmth, softness, and character wool is known for. In some fabrics, the wool pile is attached to a reinforcing base layer, which provides extra shape retention and durability for everyday use.

You have the right to return your items within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be provided in their original packaging, unused and undamaged, with the original hangtags.

Free shipping on orders over €80. For orders under €80, we charge a reduced rate of €4.95 (NL). Outside the Netherlands, you pay the full shipping costs.

If an item doesn’t fit, you can exchange it within 14 days by returning the item to us and placing a new order yourself.
